Your order will be dispatched and posted within 3 weeks of receipt of your map locations & all information is finalised.

Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected.

Domestic - Standard Shipping

​Standard shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post (Australian addresses only). Please refer to Australia Post website for shipping times. Postage Australia wide is FREE.

 International shipping

I currently ship internationally to American, Canada and the UK for a flat rate of $25. If you’d like to enquire about shipping to another region send me a message. 

Tracking and Confirmation

To keep you informed about your shipment's progress, I provide tracking numbers or links for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details.

Returns

As the product is customised and made to order, I hold a No Refund policy.

Damaged products

I take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. The map is flat packed with extra cardboard for rigidity. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, please contact me here.
